K-9 Sperr   His working name is:  Andrew Sperr Badge No.: 198 His date of birth is:  April, 2006 His Unit Assigned:  Troop E - SP Rochester His Handler: Trooper Chris Neidert   K-9 Sperr is a male German Shepherd born in April 2006.  He is named after Trooper Andrew J.
